Matcha Moment is a green cat-eye shimmer, worked with a magnet so the shimmer settles into a bright line before you cure. Like every Gelish Color Plus colour it brushes on like a lacquer, cures under an LED lamp and soaks off for removal. Bottled at 0.5 fl oz.
