Gelish Color Plus Shimmer & Swoon is a pink rose cat-eye, a soft, warm pink that a magnet turns into a moving line of light. Brush it on over Gelish Foundation, magnetise, then cure under an LED lamp and seal with Top It Off Coat. Bottled at 0.5 fl oz and removed by soaking off.
