After applying the base coat, apply the cat eye gel polish and hold the PLA Magnetic Cat Eye pen over the wet polish, so the magnetic field can pull the pigment into a concentrated line or pattern, then cure under an LED lamp and finish with top coat! | All PLA Nail Products are 10-free! This means that PLA Nail Products do not contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, or toluene, also known as the “Toxic Trio”.
