All products in this collection can be used with a professional 3-step gel system. After applying the base coat, apply the cat eye gel polish and hold the PLA Magnetic Cat Eye pen over the wet polish, so the magnetic field can pull the pigment into a concentrated line or pattern, then cure under an LED lamp and finish with top coat! All PLA Nail Products are 10-free! This means that PLA Nail Products do not contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, or toluene, also known as the “Toxic Trio”. They are also free of formaldehyde resin, camphor, parabens, xylene, phthalates, fragrances, or animal ingredients.

1. Apply Cat Eye gel polish and cure completely.
2. Apply PLA Top It Off and cure for 15–30 seconds
3. Using an applicator, rub chrome powder over the entire nail.
4. Seal with another layer of PLA Top It Off and cure for 60 seconds.
