DIRECTIONS:
- Apply one coat of BLOOMING ART GEL to the nail - DO NOT CURE.
- Add in your Gel Polish and allow it to spread for a few seconds.
- Cure 1 minute LED, 2 min UV lamp.
- Apply Top Gel/Cure.
